Continuous Wave Solid State Power Amplifiers

CW linear amplifiers are suited for communications applications, industrial and medical devices, and scientific applications requiring constant performance. Using GaN, GaAs and LDMOS, unique high power, high linearity designs provide high efficiencies and low size and weight at a wide range of output power levels. Amplifier architectures include both analog and digital pre-distortion and feed-forward linearization for ultra-linear performance when needed. Custom designs for defense and commercial applications include space-based systems. Typical applications include:
